Aims

This course has been designed to allow participants to look at anti-bulling methodologies using both critical reflection and social pedagogy as well as employing restorative justice principles.

Learning Outcomes

•Understand social pedagogy and critical reflection.
•Understand the context that bullying can occur in and the damage it can do.
•Look at cyber-bullying and compare it to more traditional models of bullying.
•Assist young people to understand restorative models of conflict resolution.
•Plan positive ways of tackling bullying in the context of their own working environment.
