Aims

For delegates to explore and understand issues relating to nutrition and mental health and in particular the researched links between some mental health conditions and the food we eat.

    Assessment

    Delegates will participate in group exercises, discussion and debate. Training delivery will be supported by power point presentation, handouts and written exercises.
