Aims

For delegates to explore initial assessments and how they feed into risk management plans and how to devise an effective exit plan which is person centred that works towards successful outcomes. This training will also provide deledgates with an understanding of social pedagogy and how to underpin these principles within the areas of assessment, risk management and exit planning.
